DuraPanel-D with the highest

Introduction
DuraPanel-D is high quality cladding panel
designed for contemporary art of architectural applications.
It is a compressed fiber cement reinforce calcium silicate
board manufactured with a pre-coating. DuraPanel-D is 100%
asbestos free and is resistance to thermal, impact and fire
attack. It is weatherproof and will not promote fungi or mould
growth and is ideal for use internal and semi external applications.
The panel board is manufactured to ISO 9001 quality management
system & ISO 14001 environmental management system. It
has obtained the China Environmental Labeling issued by China
National Environmental Protection Bureau, the most stringent
requirement in manufacturing business.
Description
DuraPanel-D is produced from a medium
to high density calcium silicate board with a pre-finished
unique PU coating system on both side of board before leaving
the factory. The coating is applied on board by an automatic
robot spray device in a dust free spraying plant. The unique
resin of coating is dried under a UV curing system to reach
the designated linkage itself. Thus its surface is hard and
even smooth. Resulting the DuraPanel-D is corrosion resistance,
UV resistance and easy cleaning.
In addition to those supreme properties of calcium silicate
board, such as dimensional stability, good resistance of
moisture, thermal and fire attack, DuraPanel-D is tough
for impact and adverse weather. The panel will not rot or
support fungal growth and is unaffected by UV sunlight and
acid rain.
DuraPanel is designed for interior cladding to replace
traditional aluminum and VE panels. The board will not degrade
with time and within normal applications, the life of the
product is limited only by the durability of the supporting
structure and materials used in fastening.
The panel has a wide range of color and pattern to choose
with. It is available with fine and coarse texture and come
with matt and semi-gloss finishes. It is a real versatile
building panel for aesthetic purpose for the use in tunnel,
amenities, commercial, and residential buildings.
